WebmailIn Webmail you can get immediate access to incoming messages as they arrive, organize your messages in folders you can access and synchronize in any browser or email client, and compose new messages. The Webmail window is divided in two main sections, with a convenient folder list to the left and folder or email contents in the middle. The interface provides a clear and efficient overview as well as quick access to all the current email contents. With the Webmail submenu (below the blue line) you can perform other email operations such as refreshing the current folder contents, compose a new email, forward or reply to messages, etc. The folders are listed alphabetically to the left in the Webmail window, giving you single-click access to all folder contents. Next to each folder name you can see the number of new (unread) messages as well as the total number of messages the folder contains. Messages can be moved between folders simply by clicking and dragging them to the folder of choice or by using the corresponding checkboxes. |

Manager: RetrieveManager is the core of the Runbox Mail Manager system, and is where you administer all your email. With Manager you can retrieve email from external email addresses, sort and forward incoming email, and get information about the various ways by which you can access your email. Your email will "fall" through the levels from top to bottom, so that the settings in the first level will affect the handling of your email in the next level, etc. Use the graphic menu to the left in order to access the different levels and create or modify the settings you want. Retrieve lets you consolidate all of your email in one place. As more and more of us keep multiple email addresses, it is both time-saving and easier to organize all your email in one Inbox. |

Manager: FilterThe Filter level lets you reject mail containing viruses, sort or reject suspected spam, block other unwanted email, as well as sort your email in a number of different ways. Select what criteria you want incoming email to match, and what action should be taken. You can set up as many filters as you'd like; a new one will appear for each previous one you save. Your email will "fall" through the filters you have set up, one beneath the other, in the specified order. For each filter some email may be sorted or stored in a folder, while the rest fall through to the next filter, and so on. |

The Contacts screen consists of two main parts; the Groups list to the left and the Contact list in the main section. The interface provides an efficient overview and lets you add or edit contacts, email a contact, access index or search functionality, edit group properties, etc. The Groups are listed alphabetically to the left, along with the number of contacts they contain. Contacts can be moved between groups simply by clicking and dragging them or by using the corresponding checkboxes. |
